Here is your chance to work for a dynamic property management company in the USA so this means night shift! They are looking for support in their leasing departments where you will be on the frontline communicating with potential tenants, arranging inspections, processing applications right through to the lease being signed. This means you need some pretty core skills:
Great communication and conversational skills with foreigners
Perfect written skills for liaising with tenants
A keen eye for detail when reviewing applications
Data entry ability for accurate lease creation
Be able to chase and follow up tenants with tenacity
The client uses ClickUp for task management and Tenant Cloud as their property management software. If you have experience using any task management platforms or property management software, this would be a huge plus, and even better if you have worked for a USA Real Estate Account at any BPO.

Shift Time: 9 pm to 6 am | Tuesday to Saturday
