Hyetech is searching for a Help Desk Support Engineer to join the team. This role will support Corporate staff and centre based staff with online, and phone support, covering Network/Microsoft/Laptop and devices/3CX and general IT assistance
Your role will include, but will not be limited to:
Level 1 and 2 support of Microsoft systems including account creation, basic security and access.
General IT support for corporate systems assisting users where necessary.
Participate in broader, system related business projects. Develop and report on the status of project resources/deliverable, system performance reviews and post implementation audits
Build strong relationships with users, IT staff, and management to determine and resolve issues associated with system and network implementation
Champion customer service and ensure a customer first approach.
Participate as necessary on the strategic enablement of IT and Telco systems and
Requirements
Experience in Microsoft 365 Environment, Microsoft Suite incld. Power Apps
Basic networking and monitoring
3CX experience will be advantageous
Customer service experience
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Flexible and ability to adapt to continuous change.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to take on ongoing training for skills building to suit the environment
