Job Description:

Requirements:
Min 3 years experience in the BPO industry
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience or Certification/s (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, 3CX &etc.)
Desktop support for Windows 7/8/10
Windows Server 2008 R2/2012, R2/2016
Exposure to Active Directory Management
Desktop support for Microsoft Products O365 - Administration
ITSM Tools (e.g. ConnectWise, Service Now, etc.)
Terminal Services / Citrix Delivery Services
Hardware Troubleshooting
Network Troubleshooting
Printer Setup & Configuration
