Manage calls professionally, efficiently and with good Korean and English communication skills.
Research answers to questions using a variety of manuals and resources
TO QUALIFY:
Can converse using basic English language
Open to NATIVE SPEAKERS ONLY
Must be proficient with the KOREAN Language
Must know how to read and write required foreign language
