Requirements:
Korean National can speak in English
Filipino proficient in Korean and English
Bachelor, Vocational or Undergraduate in IT, Finance, Human Resource or any related field
Must have at least 10 mbps internet connection
Proficient in Computer and Technical Skills
With Customer Service experience is a plus
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Resolve and respond to the issues of the customers regarding their technical concern via telephone or email.
Provide troubleshooting support to technical problems on a timely manner
Make sure that updated on products, policy and procedure and other important operational issues
Provide assistance to the management to train the new employee's
Responsible in creating reports and make sure it delivered in a timely manner
