Company Profile: A contact center providing multilingual customer service to clients located in South Korea and USA. This BPO has been serving several clients including THE ICONIC BRAND for streetwear. The company is supporting the fans and customers of this leading luxury street wear brand known to be expensive and luxurious, many of its buyers are coming from different countries. Position: Korean Online Shopping Customer Support Industry: E-commerce Location: Metro Manila Salary: Php 110,000 Schedule: Korea Standard Time / DAYSHIFT Work Set up: Temporary Work From Home Heads Needed: 3 Target Start Date: September 29, 2021 Benefits: Work from Home (Laptop and internet allowance are provided) Project Based Job (3 Months)
Job Qualifications
Qualification:
Preferably Korean National with Permanent Visa
Can speak, read and write Korean
Can speak English very well
Has customer service background (2 year relevant)
Has online shopping experience (has ordered online already)
Preferably with BPO background but not required
Can start as soon as possible
Graduates and undergraduates of any course
