Requirements:
Filipino fluent in Japanese (oral and written) and can
communicate in English (oral and written)
N1 or N3 passer or level
At least Sr. High School graduate
With or without related work experience
Familiar with RPG and Online Video Games
Responsibilities:
Responsible in providing assistance via chat and email
Familiarize with Video Games to provide effective solution to client queries
Create and monitor game forums
Solve reported game issue by the client
