JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handles inquiries from representatives and members (Mixture of voice and non-voice)
- Connect and build rapport with representatives and members by actively listening, asking the right questions and offering solutions, while demonstrating a deep understanding of their concern
- Offer quality customer service on every call to surpass expectations
- Manage difficult situation to end every call in a positive manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with 1-year BPO experience, voice or non-voice
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other CRM tools/software is a plus
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Japanese
- Upbeat and contagiously positive attitude
- Temporary WFH. Able to start ASAP.
- Within NCR only.
SALARY:
570 PHP / hour +good work environment
