Requirements:
Filipino fluent in Japanese and conversational in English
JLPT N1-N2 passer/level (Certificate is not required
Graduate/undergraduate of any course
With TSR/Helpdesk work experience is an advantage
Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in Office365
Responsibilities:
Communicates with Internal customer through Email and Call by Japanese and English
Document creation/translation Japanese/English
Supports Customer in their technical concerns through Email and Call by Japanese language
