Job Description
Position Summary:
As an IT Service Desk Agent of ZiqasTech you will be responsible for providing 1st level support on Infrastructure Services for the user community to your assigned client. You will be required to work closely with the client’s various IT groups and business partners to support, implement and maintain technical solutions.
Main Responsibilities but not limited to:
Provides 1st level technical IT Service Desk support by phone and remote assistance.
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and other Microsoft products.
Responsible for day-to-day user and computer administration of Microsoft 365 azure cloud.
Provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight.
Manage the life cycle of Incident, Requests, Tasks and Problem in ITSM ServiceNow from creation to closure.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation.
Support in the testing and installation of new applications and enhancement patches.

Working laptop/PC with primary and backup internet connection
Windows10

Active Directory
System Center (SCCM)
Technical Skills Requirements (nice to have):
ServiceNow
Networking
Cyber Security
Minimum Educational Requirements:
Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
2-3 years of related work experience in a global and matrix organization
ITIL Foundation certified
Desired Characteristics:
Amenable to work in shifting schedules. Minimum of 42 hours/week, 24/7 operation, and 3 shifts including weekends.
Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation.
Very strong communication skills and experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders (fluent in English).
Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a heavy workload.
Others:
Additional foreign language, preferable European (French or German).
