Job Description:
The job's objective is to provide back-office support for investment operations, which includes investment accounting and reconciliations, reportorial requirements of regulators, and bank requirements.
Preferred skills
Knowledge in accounting standards on investment accounting
Knowledge in investment products, instruments, and banking solutions
Advanced analytical and comprehension skills
Fluent in English, both written and oral
Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
Responsibilities
Closure of bank accounts with various banks
Updating of authorized signatories with the banks
Enrollment of users to online banking platforms
Account opening and onboarding with counterparties and brokers
Submit Know-Your-Client (KYC) requirements to banks, counterparties, and brokers
Complete TPRM and Accreditation requirements of banks
Preparation of custody reconciliation across all lines of business
Preparation of journal entries and reconciliations during the 5-Daty Close process
Extraction of data for cash flow reports
Prepare regulatory reports to BSP and IC
Respond to inquiries from stakeholders related to the assigned tasks
