About the role:
Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the Technology and the Process documentation requirements.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text.
A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Oversee team collaboration within IAM other groups to plan, research, write, documentation, including general overviews of process and configurations.
Establish team policies and procedures, conforming to existing styles, policies, and procedures.
Integrate use case and functional data into user documentation and examples.
Very strong analytical skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.
Ability to address feedback efficiently and thoroughly on published content from both leadership and internal support representatives.
Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
Write, format, edit, review, and proof procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
Maintain our internal documentation ticketing system, solving issues and RCA. Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement process documentation.
Publish and maintain templates for written documentation produced by others (technical specifications, process responses, etc.).
Ability to write clearly and succinctly for multiple audiences using either formal or more casual tones.
Experience creating infographics to communicate workflow processes and abstract topics more clearly.
Test New tools for issues, provide insight to resolving problems and ensure documentation is accurate and consistent.
About you:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from IAM engineering and operation's management.
Bachelor's Degree graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
At least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 6 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
