Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the entire HR Department. Streamline operations and daily work routine of staff, ensure consistency & efficiency in execution of policies and tasks, and initiate planning or review of process improvements within HR Department.
Promotes proper communication between Departments and settle operational and interpersonal concerns.
Strengthen employer-employee relationship.
In constant communication with Top Management and Department Heads for consistent implementation of Human Resource policies and strategies.
Instill CORE VALUES and CULTURE of good performance amongst employees in the organization.
Active involvement in operational concerns; coaches leaders and employees.
Proactively recruits; interviews, and scrutinize applicants relative to the posted job vacancies.
Ensures that employees are properly oriented about the company, its operations, and including rules and regulations, and disciplinary actions
Initiates and/or implements Training Plan for growth.
Coordinates with various departments regarding appraisal, rewards system. Reviews compensation and benefits of employees and proposes improvements on programs that encourage retention.
Conducts routine performance evaluation for each employee
Organizes activities promoting security, safety, and employee well-being programs.
Provides assistance to VP Operations.
Education & Experienced Requirements:
Graduate of d Human Resource, Psychology or any allied degree program.
Good understanding on Labor Laws & Regulations
With sound judgement and decision making skills; and acceptable communication skills
With at least 5 years experienced related to the role
