Job Summary
The Division Head - Warehouse Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all warehouse operations across assigned branches. This role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, cost control, compliance, and high service levels to support business growth.
 
Key Responsibilities
Lead receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory control operations
Ensure high inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage
Standardize warehouse processes across branches
Improve warehouse layout, space utilization, and productivity
Manage warehouse operating budgets and cost efficiency
Monitor and drive KPIs:
Inventory Accuracy
Order Fulfillment Rate
On-Time Dispatch
Shrinkage Rate
Productivity Ratio
Ensure compliance with safety, audit, and internal control standards
Lead and develop Warehouse Managers and Supervisors
Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Audit, and HR
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 8-10 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations
At least 5 years in a senior or multi-site leadership role
Experience in retail, construction materials, hardware, FMCG, or distribution preferred
Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory systems, and warehouse controls
Proven leadership and people development capability
