Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and proactive HR & Administration Manager to oversee the company's human resources and administrative operations. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supervising administrative functions that support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulatory requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary frameworks.
Handle employee relations matters including investigations, incident reports, and administrative cases.
Manage performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
Oversee payroll coordination and government remittance compliance.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
Administration
Supervise administrative staff and oversee office operations.
Manage company records, contracts, permits, and regulatory filings.
Coordinate with department heads regarding operational and administrative needs.
Monitor procurement requests, reimbursements, and office resource management.
Ensure company policies and operational procedures are implemented across departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a multi-branch or operations environment.
Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE compliance, and statutory benefits administration.
Experience handling employee relations cases, disciplinary procedures, and policy implementation.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing HR functions for retail, service, or multi-branch organizations.
Exposure to labor case documentation and compliance reporting.
Background in HR policy development and organizational governance.
