HR MANAGER
 
Job Summary:
 
HR Manager oversees all human resources operations within the organization. The HR Manager is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and other HR functions to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Promote a positive work environment by addressing conflicts, promoting engagement, and fostering open communication.
Support the resolution of workplace disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Employee Engagement & Activities
Design and Implement Employee Engagement Activities: Develop, plan, and execute a variety of employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Work closely with leadership to ensure activities align with company values, goals, and enhance employee morale and retention.
Communicate Activities and Events: Develop internal communications to promote upcoming events and activities, ensuring employees are informed and encouraged to participate.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Initiates annual performance reviews
Coordinate employee evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.
Work with managers to identify development opportunities and strategies for employee improvement.
Compensation & Benefits:
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Oversee health insurance and other employee benefits.
Compliance & Policy Development:
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
Develop and update HR policies, ensuring that they align with legal requirements and company goals.
Conduct training sessions on workplace policies, harassment prevention, and other compliance topics.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and develop programs to address skill gaps.
Support employee development initiatives, including leadership training, career growth, and succession planning.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate employee compensation.
Prepare and analyze HR reports to help guide decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role (typically 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
