JOB SUMMARY
 
An HR Manager manages the overall core HR processes which include Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1. Manages recruitment, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
2. Assist with the planning, organizing and coordinating efficient and effective recruitment competitions.
3. Maintains and provides accurate and timely HR management information and manage information in line with data protection policies and procedures.
4. Updates and maintains data in relation to vacancy management.
5. Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
6. Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
7. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
8. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
9. Oversees and manages a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's Degree in HRDM, Psychology, or any related courses.
· At least 8 years of related working experience
· Must be willing to do fieldwork and to extend beyond regular working hours
· Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Have sound labor law knowledge
· Excellent administrative skills
· Competency in Microsoft applications
