HR OFFICER
Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S. Psychology or any Behavioral Science course from a reputable university
With a solid background in handling HR and Administrative matters, such as but not limited to manpower Recruitment, Attendance Management, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, Discipline Management, Administrative Investigation, Employee and Industrial Relations
Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and/or Labor laws is preferred
Exceptional ability to manage and interact with all levels of people in a unionized organization
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively under pressure in a deadline driven-environment
Has a high sense of Confidentiality; strong leadership and motivational skills
Has a strong personality and a high sense of Urgency
