Job Summary
Regular Duties and Responsibilities
1. HR Recruitment
Ø Supports full-cycle recruitment which includes: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, preparation of Employment Contract, pre-employment requirements and all documentation related to 201F.
Ø Oversee an organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
Ø Identify staff vacancies and source, interview and select qualified applicants for endorsement to department concerned.
Ø Processing of all hired employees including (facilitation of an effective Employee Orientation Program)
Ø Successful orientation of hired applicants including completion of documents and hiring requirements.
2. Payroll Administration
Ø Salary administration to employees on a semi-monthly basis.
Ø Accurate preparation of Time and Attendance during payroll cut-off periods.
Ø Responsible for payroll processes, computing wages, and ensuring that employees' salaries are paid correctly and on schedule.
Ø Ensures correctness of payroll entries to Finance Department
Ø Handles Tax Annualization and other BIR mandated reports.
Ø Serves as the lead for clearance and exit process for outgoing employees.
Ø Prepares last pay computation of resigned employees.
3. Compensation and Benefits
Ø Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
Ø Negotiates and contracts with benefit plan providers / vendors and consultants.
Ø Service, premiums, and plan administration.
Ø Vendor comparison coverage
Ø Monitor, processing and remittances of all government and company benefits
Ø and its timely submission and payment based on bank platform.
Ø Facilitates employee's request and inquiries particularly in Government Mandated Benefits (SSS Maternity Benefits, SSS and Pag-ibig Loans, COE, and ITR)
Ø Accurate monitoring of leave via the EMS.
4. Employee Relation/Engagement
Ø Spearhead employee engagement and different company activities for employee's wellness.
Ø Ensures that employees' activities are planned and extended to employees to boost morale and camaraderie within the organization.
Ø Effective transition of new employee to the company.
Ø Custodian of the Performance Evaluation of all employees.
5. Organizational Development
Ø Ownership of Employee Handbook (revisions/amendments).
Ø Supports organizational change, improvement and culture development to support the Company's mission and values
Ø Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
6. Policy Administration
Ø Implement HR policies and procedures
Ø Employee awareness of HRA procedures and guidelines.
Ø Ownership of the employee handbook and may be responsible for its amendment/s as approved by Management
7. Office Administration
Ø Efficient maintenance and cleanliness of the corporate office.
Ø Maintenance of office fixtures and furniture (Asset Fixed Management)
Ø Proper distribution of office equipment to employees
Ø Ensure the proper monitoring and distribution of medicine, office and pantry supplies based on budget..
Ø Overall custodian of office supplies and ensure proper monitoring and provide utilization report on a per department level
Ø Provide Administrative support to Purchasing and Finance.
Ø Coordinates with building administration on matters pertaining to office management.
8. Housekeeping:
Ø Ensures effective monitoring of office related maintenance and service.
Ø Overseeing office cleanliness and employee adherence to office administrative policies.
9. Other tasks:
Ø Handles travel booking arrangements of all employees.
Ø Sole custodian of Corporate Credit Card and ensure timely liquidation of all related expenses.
Ø Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Specifications
Formal Education Ø Should be a graduate of any 4-year course
Work Experience/ Certification required Ø At least 4-5 years experience in related field
