HR STAFF (GENERALIST)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Relevant work experience in human resources, administration, or a related field is required.
With solid understanding of human resources principles, labor laws, and best practices and knowledge of local employment regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Able to build positive relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
With strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to details.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, address concerns, and facilitate conflict resolution. Act as a bridge between employees and management.
Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing support in setting goals, conducting reviews, and addressing performance issues.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employee development initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations.
HR Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
