Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts with partner agencies.
Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit.
Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
