HR GeneralistLIPI Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (LIPIEMCO)
Job Description:
This position is responsible for implementing and monitoring HR strategies and initiatives within the cooperative. He/She will be performing specific functions in identified HR facets
such as, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and several
OD functions needed for organizational growth. He/She may be required to perform
administrative and related functions from time to time.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Organizes, implements and monitors HR functions in the organization such as, but
not limited to compensation and benefits administration, payroll management, HR
data management, workplace communication, employee engagement, and
identified OD initiatives within the organization.
2. Collaborates and communicates with various department heads, officers, point
persons and committee leaders in the completion and implementation of tasks
and functions.
3. May be tasked to lead or participate in a cross-functional team focused on
improving business processes or resolving key issues within the organization.
4. Performs various administrative & HR functions within the cooperative which may
include but not limited to CDA reports consolidation, processing of cooperative
permits, gathering of committee reports, collation and submission of compliance
reporting and etc.
5. May be requested to perform other tasks from time to time.
