HR GENERALIST
 
HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including recruitment, employee relation, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning and training & development, and enforcing company policies and practices.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs the end-to-end recruitment process and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Conduct orientation for the newly hired employees.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and /or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Handles employment related inquiry from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Maintains compliance with the DOLE (Departments of Labor and Employment), and local employment and regulations, and recommended best practices reviews company rules and regulations, and recommended best practices; revies and rules and regulations to align with compliance
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant related field
Preferred with at least 2 years experience
Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software such as HRIS
