Job Description
Cody Web Dev Inc is looking for HR Generalist (Talent Acquisition & Training Coordinator). We are a Japanese IT Company who develops websites, applications and enterprise systems. We are a growing team of Filipino and Japanese members and we want you to be part of it!
 
Job Summary: 
 
This role is solely responsible for talent acquisition and learning and development of the organization. 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute end to end recruitment from sourcing to job offer
Conduct exit interview. 
Coordinate next-level interviews until endorsement to HR and Management
Initiate job calibrations and liaise with hiring managers
Can draft job descriptions and collaborate with hiring managers.
Communicate job details to potential candidates
Carry out initial negotiations (salary, benefits, etc.)
Nurture candidates in the pipeline
Manage job portals (JobStreet, Mynimo, LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook)
Plans and execute university recruitment, OJT programs and job fair not limited to Cebu area. 
Stays abreast of competitors in the same or in different  industries to update and compete  in the talent acquisition sector.
Develop and implement different sourcing strategies to current and future hiring needs. 
Conducts background verification for all approved applicants.
Reviews and/or conducts training needs analysis, reviews, and co-facilitates in-house training modules/programs.
Ensures the preparation of all training requirements prior to the conduct of the training program (budget, memo, training materials, hand-outs, certificate of attendance, venue, food, and accommodation).
Strategizing and implementing training and development interventions to increase organizational capability in achieving desired business results.
Strategizing and implementing initiatives and processes to measure employee performance and address performance gaps
Evaluates training and engagement effectiveness and adjusts accordingly to address performance gaps in collaboration with the immediate head.
All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree holder in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field/equivalent experience
At least 3-5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and Learning and Organizational Development. 
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Experience recruiting for creative, technical, software engineers,sales, back-office, or other IT-enabled skillsets and has experience utilizing various sourcing channels and networks
Extensive background in training, organizational behavior, management, and leadership; industrial relations and labor relations as well as administrative.
Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
Can work fast and with multiple competing deadlines
Must have a high sense of urgency and good initiative
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Smart and can think out of the box
Good researching skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Working Schedule:
9:30AM - 6:30 PM (Monday- Friday)
50-50 Hybrid working setup
Office is based in CEBU
