Job Title: Project Coordinator

Overview:
The Project Coordinator at Windward Software is responsible for managing, scheduling, and ensuring completion of technical projects purchased by customers. This role works closely with both the technical team and customers, ensuring clear communication, timely project delivery, and customer satisfaction. The position involves defining project deliverables, setting expectations, and coordinating internal and external activities to meet the time and budget constraints.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage technical projects using internal Project Management, and Support Ticketing Software.
Coordinate and schedule appointments with the technical team to meet project deliverables.
Communicate with customer stakeholders to clarify project tasks, set expectations, and define completion criteria.
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within the allocated time budget.
Participate in project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and acknowledging successes.
Ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion, addressing any concerns or feedback.
Regularly update the Director of Professional Services on project progress and escalate issues when necessary.
Prepare and report personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management.
Stay informed about internal software and technical updates that may impact project delivery.
Perform other project-related duties as needed to contribute to the success of the Professional Services team.
Skills:
Proven experience in coordinating project activities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to manage work efficiently and within time budgets.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
Effective interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and customers.
Ability to work independently and productively in a remote (work-from-home) environment.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-3 years of experience in software or technical project management.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
