We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi and english (fluent in tamil and other languages commonly used in India much better ) .
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
Experience working with customer support.
Currently in the Philippines .
No gender limits .
21years old to 35 years old .
Working hour : 12 hours per day .
Rest day : 1 day in a month.
Location : Aseana One Building, Bradco Ave, Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

Salary and benefits:
- basic salary : 50000 - 65000 pesos monthly.
- Sales Incentives : after probation.
- Meal : provides 2-3 meals per day.
- Accommodation : 4 person/room.
- Birthday bonus : 3000 pesos on probation period , after probation 10000 pesos .
- Double pay according to local public holidays .
- Full attendance : 2000 pesos
- Team building : 2000 pesos
- After probation : can apply for annual leave every 6 months , or choose the extra half month salary without taking annual leave ( claim it once a year )
- Airfare Allowance : 30000 pesos in a year
- Allowance for house rental : 12000 pesos for clerk and 15000 pesos for supervisor .
