How You Make an Impact
Deliver heartfelt, excellent customer service
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and/or chat with empathy and clarity
Navigate multiple screens while staying attentive and patient
Resolve issues while creating a positive, caring customer experience
What You Need to Join Us
High school or senior high school diploma
Strong communication skills
Ability to type at least 35 WPM
Basic computer navigation skills
A positive attitude, compassion, and a strong work ethic
Contact center experience is a plus, but not required
