As Head of Growth Marketing, you will architect and execute a full-funnel strategy to drive profitable and repeatable customer growth-transforming eight-figure budgets into impactful outcomes.Responsibilities:
Architect the full acquisition stack-paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, CTV
Stand up clean data pipes and attribution models to tie every dollar to LTV
Drive rapid-fire testing on creative, offers, and landing pages; kill losers fast, double down on winners
Build and mentor a team of A-level channel specialists and analysts
Deliver board-ready weekly scorecards that translate CAC, MER, and payback into plain English
RequirementsMust-Have:
5-8+ years owning growth for a DTC brand, preferably with $10-50M+ annual media spend
Mastery of Meta and Google Ads
Experience with at least one emerging channel (TikTok, CTV, podcasts, etc.)
Fluency in LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing (GA4, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or home-grown)
Proven record of hitting aggressive new-customer and MER targets while scaling spend
Hands-on approach: comfortable shifting between strategy, execution and coaching
