GTM Systems Engineer (Work from Home)
 
The main goal of this role is to build and manage the technical infrastructure that powers OUR revenue engine. This involves a hybrid focus on both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and enterprise sales motions.
 
Must Have Qualifications:
Salesforce Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. A Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is often required.
Automation Pro: Deep, proven experience building complex automations using declarative tools, especially Salesforce Flow.
GTM Tooling: Experience administering and integrating key GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, LeanData, or similar alternatives like Marketo, Outreach).
Process-Oriented Mindset: A strong ability to understand complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and build scalable technical solutions.
Nice To Have Qualifications:
LG Experience: Experience at a SaaS company with a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid sales model.
iPaaS/API Skills: Experience with integration platforms (Workato, Zapier) and a basic understanding of REST APIs.
Salesforce Advanced Certs: Certifications like "Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder" or "Advanced Administrator."
Responsibilities
GTM Tech Stack Management: Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of the core GTM systems. This includes managing user permissions, creating and maintaining fields, building page layouts, and handling integrations.
Automation & Process Building: Design, build, and maintain automation using tools like Salesforce Flow, HubSpot Workflows, and iPaaS platforms (like Workato or Zapier) to streamline processes like lead routing, territory assignment, and data enrichment.
Data & Integration: Ensure data flows correctly and reliably between all systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, and Netlify's own product database). You would be responsible for "integrating product usage signals into sales workflows."
Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary technical point of contact for GTM system users. This involves troubleshooting system errors, resolving data integrity issues, and answering "how-to" questions from the sales and marketing teams.
Strategic Projects: Collaborate with GTM leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This could include implementing new tools, building custom reporting dashboards, or re-configuring systems to support a new sales strategy.
