What You Will Do
The Global Mobility Solutions, Senior Analyst is responsible for flawless delivery and execution of the following HR processes / value streams for Global & Domestic Talent Mobility Services - Assignment Start through End, Extensions, Job & Assignment Changes, Requisition/Position Creation and Termination. The position will ensure that all service level agreements and operational metrics for these processes are met, with a strong focus on standardization, efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
This role provides day to day operational support for the E2E consultation in the management and delivery of internal and external services to the international assignees. This role partners closely with the Talent Mobility COE to prepare and process appropriate Talent Mobility transactions to transfer employees from one country to another country as part of an assignment/transfer. This includes appropriate follow-through to ensure transactions are completed and the management of communications to the appropriate parties for issue resolution. This role will liaise with Talent Mobility COE, BUHR, Managers/Employees, People Solutions team, and internal and external partners/vendors to support one way moves, and international assignments.
The Global Mobility Solutions, Senior Analyst will be part of a high performing team (regional and hub) and will work collaboratively with the Talent Mobility COE, Talent Onboarding, Workforce Data Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Contact Center and other HR teams to ensure seamless execution of the end-to-end Talent Mobility Solutions processes. This role will also partner closely with external vendors and manage vendor relationships with SIRVA, Deloitte, and others around services offered and ensure high level of customer service.
The Global Mobility Solutions, Senior Analyst will be the "single point of contact" (SPOC) in Global & Domestic Mobility transactional processing. The position will be focused on providing E2E services and increasing customer satisfaction, monitoring, and improving Global & Domestic Mobility processes to create a seamless experience for employees and managers. Talent Mobility Solutions team will participate in global projects to streamline and automate processes and create a consistent user experience.
This role will strive to ensure appropriate resolution of service requests within defined time periods, levels of accuracy and quality standards and customer satisfaction levels. This role treats the workforce with dignity and respect, maintaining high levels of confidentiality, trust and integrity in the handling of sensitive matters. He/she adheres to established standards and guidelines and agreed SLA
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations for Global and Domestic Mobility processes for one-way movements and international assignments (assignment start through end, extensions, job & assignment changes, requisition/position creation and termination ensuring service level agreements are adhered to.
Lead interaction with Assignees, Line Managers, SG's and Vendor Partners around specific activities such as data collection, payroll & benefit processes/enrollments, and HR systems procedures.
Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reporting & review reports prior to distribution
Create and update desktop procedures, process flows, knowledge articles, documents, and forms as required
Maintain close relationships with BUHR, Talent Mobility COE, Talent Acquisition, Talent Onboarding Solutions, Workforce Data Management, Benefits, Contact Center and other HR functions to ensure tight integration and harmonious ways of working as part of the wider HR operating model.
Serve as a contact and escalation point for senior leadership. Collaborate closely with Talent Mobility COE & Talent Acquisition in supporting special projects/requests.
Ensure that customers, partners, and stakeholders are kept up to date with appropriate, timely, and relevant communication of trends, issues, and services.
Work and collaborate across and in conjunction with other HR functions to deliver a seamless and positive employee experience.
Proactively gain feedback from the business, employees and Talent Onboarding Solutions Leads. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Contact Center, and other HR teams on customer experience and CSAT survey results improvements.
Provide feedback to the other HR teams about challenges and opportunities.
Ensure adherence to local HR policies and legal/compliance requirements. Enforcing sensitivity and confidentiality with employee personal data.
Manage and monitor operational data and reports daily; communicating performance with team and actively working to identify and implement interventions to meet SLA targets.
Project Management for mass movements and relocations acting as liaison with key stakeholders ensuring identification of DRIs, timelines, project tracking and delivery. Partner with key stakeholders in the process including Payroll-Tax, Benefits, Sirva, Global Mobility COE, Talent Access, WDM, Talent Access Solutions, and BUHR.
Participate in Global/Regional HR and Talent Mobility Solutions projects and drive the execution of those projects within the regional hub/s and country teams. Act as Global Mobility subject matter expert on projects and provide guidance to key stakeholders on management of global assignee populations tied to Transformations (Reduction in Force), Acquisitions, Divestures, and mass business reorganizations.
Proactive stakeholder management to senior business leaders and other HR teams. Ensure that customers, partners, and stakeholders are kept up to date with appropriate, timely, and relevant communications on Global & Domestic Talent Mobility process changes.
Continuously work with the global process owners in the standardization of processes
Drive improvements on user experience, effectiveness, and efficiency in responsibility.
Drive automation and AI within the Talent Mobility Solutions team in partnership with the Continuous Improvement Lead.
Partner closely with local 3rd party vendors and provide feedback to the Talent Mobility COE regarding performance.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Associate's/bachelor's degree or equivalent
Required years of related experience: 4-7 years progressive HR experience (preferably in HR Shared Services)
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; facilitation skills
Operates independently and collaborates with global team
Understanding and appreciation for regional/country differences
Have demonstrated the ability to establish strong credibility and influence key stakeholders.
Demonstrates customer orientation and customer service skills
Strong track record of leading and/or collaborating with cross functional services teams or HR teams
Ability to problem solve service delivery issues and manage stakeholders.
Experience managing third-party service providers
Technology Savvy
Knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications (e.g., MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
Great work ethics - reliable in meeting deadlines and delivering results, open to feedback, and can be trusted with confidential information
Desired Qualifications
Service Center experience, HR and/or Payroll Service Center preferred.
Experience in one or more HR Functional domains (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Recruiting & Onboarding, Workforce Data Administration, HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations) or Payroll
Experience using Case Management tools (ideally SFDC, Service Now)
Experience with continuous improvement and quality, such as Six Sigma or Lean Methodology
A global mindset, with the capability to understand and correctly represent the needs of the countries and region.
Languages skills: English (oral and written) one local language for the supported region.
