What You'll Do:
Code with Excellence: Write robust, efficient code primarily in Ruby on Rails, along with unit tests, to meet our ambitious project goals.
Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with clients, users, and your teammates to define and refine both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring we deliver solutions that truly resonate.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Quickly grasp our clients’ industries and challenges, stepping into an advisory role to propose effective solutions.
Architect Solutions: Design and architect technical solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
Mentor and Guide: Share your expertise by providing mentorship to team members, helping them grow and succeed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Team up with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to drive successful project delivery and foster a culture of teamwork.
Own the Quality: Take responsibility for the technical quality of projects, ensuring thorough code reviews and timely resolutions of any issues.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep an eye on emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation that enhance our capabilities.
Communicate Clearly: Simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Lead by Example: Demonstrate a commitment to quality and continuous improvement in everything you do.
 
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Typescript, Coffeescript), with a familiarity of frameworks like Angular.
Solid experience with databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Strong skills in GIT and familiarity with AWS services (ECS, EC2, S3, Route 53, SQS, SNS, SES, etc.).
A proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset—driven and eager to learn.
Experience with containerization (Docker, CircleCI) and frameworks like AngularJs and Angular is a plus.
