Job Title: Senior Python Developer with Business Analyst Experience (AI Specialist)
Location: Remotely (Work from Home)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure applications using Python.
Leverage OpenAI's GPT models to create AI solutions tailored to business needs.
Develop and maintain APIs for integration with AI models and external systems.
Collaborate with our UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Manage cloud resources and deploy applications in a cloud environment.
Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
Apply business analyst skills to understand clients' business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and refactoring.
Keep up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
Business Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' existing business processes, identify pain points, and propose innovative solutions to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with the development team to design and architect technical solutions that align with business goals, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.
Project Management: Take ownership of projects, including task estimation, planning, and coordination of activities, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on API development.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, etc.).
Experience working with OpenAI's GPT models or similar language models.
Proficiency in prompts engineering and optimisation techniques.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure).
Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data preprocessing techniques.
Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, etc.) would be beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and critically.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Business analyst experience, with the ability to understand clients' business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Degree in Computer Science, or relevant field.
