The Senior Salesforce Developer designs and implements scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring integration with other systems while meeting business objectives. This role provides technical leadership, overseeing custom development and ensuring best practices in Salesforce implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom apps and system integrations.
Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems using APIs.
Oversee custom development (Apex classes, Lightning components, Visualforce pages).
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.
Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and API integration.
Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security, and optimization techniques.
Experience in big cleanup/optimization job.
