JOB DETAILS:
COMPANY PROFILE(PROFIL DE L'ENTREPRISE): This is a jewelry and watch manufacturing company. They are well known in producing and distributing quality timepieces and jewelry worldwide.
Requirements:
Preferably Filipino that is fluent in French
Proficient in both French and English
Bachelor's Degree Holder
Customer Service experience is a plus
Willing to work in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, Philippines
EXIGENCES:

Manage phone calls demonstrate good customer service to French speaking client
Assist in Tracking and distribution information of orders
Answer and resolve consumer complaints
Guides the consumer in Repair and Services inquiries
Resolves payment complaints
TACHES:

Enregistrer les transactions des clients
