Processing basic and routine finance function related but not limited to Expenses and Management
Reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
Ensure policies are followed and refer/escalate where appropriate.
Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
Maintain a good internal stakeholder relationship
Resolve escalated issues/complaints in a timely fashion
Perform routine tasks and reconciliations related to expense and management reporting (e.g. daily,
weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually reports)
Create accrual data entries in the sub-ledger system, extracting historical and statistical expense
Extract ledger and expense reports using pre-determined system data queries
Other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience: 0-1 year relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
Basic understanding in using electronic spreadsheets, data analysis and reconciliation
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS tools
Attention to detail
Shift Schedule: 4PM to 1AM
