1.1 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
1.2 Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
1.3 Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
1.4 Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
1.5 Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
1.6 Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
1.7 Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
1.8 Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
1.9 Ensure adherence to policies
2. Responsible for generating sales production reports as required by the Head
2.1. Attends to regular activities pertaining to sales documentation
2.2. Maintains a consolidated sales production file
2.3. Prepares consolidated sales production report for submission to the Head on a weekly basis
2.4. Prepares consolidated overdue accounts report on monthly basis to be submitted to the Head for discussion with Sales Operations group
3. Organization of day to day operations
3.1. Maintains buyer's individual folder/file
3.2. Attends to Member's requests on a regular basis
3.3. Will be coordinating with the team most of the time
3.3. Attends to other matters that may required from time to time
4. Clean up of reserved accounts that are not yet booked
5. Will be doing fieldwork and dealer visit
