Job Descriptions
Maintain a list of 816 stores on a monthly basis and provide general customer support. They will physically visit and interact with the customers at their stores. The list of stores should be finalized together w the CCRs and Line managers. Action standards for every cohort may be found in the appendix.
Escalate customer issues to the appropriate support team. This includes setting up appointment within the CX Team, Order Taking Team (Tele, Omni Salesman, FSM), ISR team, and Delivery team. All customer issues should be properly closed within 48hrs hours upon raising.
Locate and open new stores so that Tele callers maintain at least 480 stores in their PCPs.
Generate reports (816 in-scope stores) and provide performance updates to the CC Manager. They should also ensure that all customer records are updated.
Job Qualifications
Must have driver license
Outstanding Communication Skills - both oral and verbal.
Product (including tools and systems) and Market knowledge
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, and awareness of latest technology trends and apps
At least 1 year experience in Sales or Customer service.
Contract length: 6 months
