Speak to Shop Owners (Auto Repair/ Auto Parts Supplier) and Mechanics
Technical Discussion/Introduction of Pioneer Automoto Range (Mighty Gasket, Liquid Gasket, OCB, RC)
Visit Minimum 10-12 shop owners/mechanics per day.
Successfully Recruit Shop Owners and Mechanics to below Programs
Provide Daily Insights Reporting on shop owner/mechanic feedback per discussion.
Provide weekly coverage report/conversion report.
Gather Market Insights/ Voice of Customer/Competitive Check (Brand/Store Presence, Prices, Marketing Initiatives in area)
Qualifications:
At least high school graduate or college level
Sales and Technical Competence for Automotive related stuff (Auto
and Motorcycle Repairs & Parts) * Basic/ Advanced Level of Knowledge in Auto Repair/ Chemicals/Gasket Related Problems, Maintenance
Sales/ Demonstration Capability
Customer Facing Skills
MS Word and Excel use for reporting
Administrative Skills for report / insights capturing
