F&B SUPERVISOR
 
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of outlet operations, including financial performance and service quality. He or she reinforces training standards to ensure consistent, high-quality service, and leads and motivates the team to ensure smooth daily operations. He or she reports directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and adheres to all protocols established by the F&B Department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the implementation of some food and beverage SOPs.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Constantly check staff's competencies through trainings.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Foster a customer-centric approach among staff to enhance the overall guest experience.
Daily monitoring on inventory levels to help controls wastage and spoilage.
Monitor pricing and cost margins to ensure profitability.
Implement effective cost control measures without compromising quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
Implement and enforce sanitation and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas.
Anticipates the needs of events coordinator to ensure guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
Assist in developing creative and attractive menus for special occasions.
Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets for the food and beverage department.
Monitor financial performance against budget and take corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry regulations, and best practices.
Proficient in computer applications related to food and beverage management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Quick analysis and decision-making skills in real time scenarios.
Basic budgeting and cost control knowledge.
