LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR
 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily logistics operations including warehousing, dispatch, and delivery of frozen products.
Ensure strict cold chain compliance and proper handling of frozen goods.
 Supervise delivery personnel to ensure efficiency and productivity. 
Coordinate with sales and operations regarding delivery schedules  to ensure on-time and complete dispatch.
Ensure timely and complete delivery of products to customers.
 Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
Implement safety standards and company policies in handling frozen goods
 Prepare logistics reports and performance monitoring.
What We're Looking For:
Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related course.
With 3-5 years experience in logistics/distribution.
Preferable Driver's License holder.
With supervisory experience (cold storage/frozen food is a strong advantage).
Strong knowledge of cold storage handling and frozen food distribution processes.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Can work under pressure and meet tight delivery schedules.
