Efficiently manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
Organize domestic and international travel logistics
Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences
Coordinate communication between leadership and various teams
Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in management or other related fields
Proven experience as an executive assistant, scheduler, or coordinator
Proficiency in travel planning and event coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Must be willing to work US business hours
Flexibility in coverage - being able to support a wide array of personalities and leaders
Nice-to-have:
Experience in virtual assistance or remote work
Experience in a startup environment, US-based company, or other similarly fast-paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic environment
