ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
 
Job description:
 
Business Development Account Executive focuses on sales and marketing, receivable collections, account management and Staff Management as follows:
Sales and Marketing to be done via goal setting and achievement of planned utilization forecast.
Maintenance of the standard days Collection period for clients.
Account Management via completion and maintenance of Client Profiling reports; Zero IR/NCR on client related issues; Completion of Contracts/PO; and Checking of required Daily/Weekly and Monthly Reports
Staff Management through monitoring of staff training and development and implementation of standard work processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement - Achievement of Sales Utilization Forecast Target
Collection Achievement - Achievement of Collection Period Target
Account Management - Updating Client Profiling Accuracy and Completeness
Client Handling IR/NCR
Contract / PO Completion
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports Checking Accuracy and Completeness
Staff Management - Monitor all Trainings and Developments of Supervisor
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any business related courses
With at least 5 years working experience in the same field
Skills and Competencies:
With high sense of responsibility and leadership skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Results driven
Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel and Google Drive
With valid driver's license (advantage)
