Duties and Responsibilities Passionate about shaping new innovative approaches, the talent will blend creative prowess with strategic thinking to elevate PLDT & Smart's employer brand. The talent will inspire a high-energy team, fostering a work environment that encourages creative experimentation, and be a key influencer in establishing PLDT and Smart as employers of choice. Content Creation & Storytelling Natural ability to spot and connect the dots to build and create compelling narratives. Co-creation of concepts and design content that showcase our EVP. Develop multi-channel content strategies, including for the career pages, social media, recruitment materials, etc. Design & Visual Identity Concept Design - Translate complex concepts into clear visuals that resonate with our target audience. Static - Strong ability to conceptualize, design, and produce graphics for digital advertising, social media, websites, and other marketing materials. Video - Strong ability to create scripts, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for promotional, educational, or storytelling purposes.
