We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our growing team in our Manila office.
As an Employee Relations Manager at Play'n GO, you will:
Be responsible for local HR Services, supporting employees in HR related topics, including Compensation and Benefits.
Act as the first point of contact, providing guidance and support on a full range of transactional processes and policies varying in complexity from contractual queries to advice on implementing specific people policies.
Oversee and transact all employee data changes and updates.
Be responsible for handling high volume administrative and transactional activities related to employee on/off boarding, payroll, statutory benefits, leave management, compliance, records management, and retention.
Administer and process a range of end-to-end transactional processes, including using a range of HR Information Systems (HRIS), and salary mapping process.
Contribute to HR projects designed to support the continuous functions development and constant improvement and agreed priority areas.
Be responsible in performing other important tasks together with the global team, develop more efficient ways of working, evaluate new tools, representing the HR-team in global projects.
Our Employee Relations Manager MUST have:
Academic degree in the HR field or other business-related fields
At least 5 years of experience in HR operations roles
Extensive knowledge in labour law and national regulations
