EMPLOYEE RELATIONS STAFF
Job Description:
Prepares and issues memos (Notice to Explain, disciplinary, suspension, and termination), conducts investigations, ensures due process, and updates disciplinary records in the HR system.
Handles employee concerns, conducts exit interviews and orientations, facilitates engagement and retention programs, and proposes process improvements to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Generates and submits regular HR reports (violations, exits, separations), monitors attendance and health-related absences, coordinates with departments and payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, HRDM or related courses
With at least 2 years of experience handling employee/labor relations
Basic knowledge of Labor Laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), good interpersonal and conflict management skills
