OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION:
You'll be working closely with the Customer Experience managers in the UK to deliver best-in-class
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engaging with our customers in new and innovative ways.
Interacting with customers across various platforms, including email.
Liaising with our Logistics manager to investigate any shipping issues.
Maintaining efficient and high-quality ticket response standards.
Solving complex customer issues and helping to drive positive customer feedback.
Achieving targets set by the Customer Care Manager.
Handling return requests and issuing refunds & replacements.
Finding opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products where possible.
REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to work in Makati
Can start ASAP
Very good English communication skill
W/ at least 6 months BPO experience
