Requirements:
· Willing to work on site
· Excellent command of English. You will need to verbally converse with people - not only via Chat
· Minimum 2 years Neto (Maropost Commerce Cloud) experience
· Worked for an Australian marketplace style business (Eg. Temple & Webster, Catch, Kogan, MyDeal etc) working with over 2,000 SKU catalogue
· Is able to provide recommendations and implement changes to workflow
· Solid knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Office/Excel
· Fast Learner and hungry for knowledge
· Ability to work during Melbourne, Australia business hours at a minimum
· Have previously documented SOPs at previous roles
· Experience in Customer service in e-Commerce marketplaces is a plus
· Knowledgeable with eDesk.com as helpdesk software is an advantage.
