Description
Job Qualification:
-Graduate of any 4 year course
-With at least 1 year work experience as a CSR Good Moral character
Job Description:
-Monitor and coordinates preparation and delivery of E-Commerce orders
-Handles E-Commerce customer complaints and inquiry
-Monitor Google Analytics reports Monitors E-Commerce returns and exchanges through the stores and Head Office
-Propose and implement e-mail marketing campaigns that will help increase click-through rate to the commerce website.
-Resize and rename E-commerce photos to standard size provided by website developer
