Description
The Customer Service for e-Commerce is responsible for customer interface, provides support for pre-sell and after sales transactions.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Handles directly customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone calls and social media.
· Provide customer feedback report for both website and products
· Determine and assess the need to escalate customer feedback and concerns within acceptable time frame
· Monitor inventory level, manage and execute replenishment plan up
· Track orders
· Understand the customer shopping process and other management
· Adept with product knowledge and benefits
· Provide customers with accurate product information and even make sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better products.
· Works with brands to execute online campaigns
Qualifications:
· Experience in operation of e-commerce platform (preferably wix)
· Familiar with e-Commerce store management
· Familiar with system implementation between e-Commerce platform and others
· Knowledge of end to end e-Commerce flow
· Basic contents designing (ie. Photoshop) & programming & coding skill
· A strong responsible and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in MS Office
· With relevant of at least two (2) years work in experience in the same capacity
