Company DescriptionAs a Digital Personalization & Analytics Specialist, you will provide services to an Upwork Managed Services client who is a global leader in the power technologies industry. You will drive the implementation, testing, and optimization of web personalization initiatives using Adobe Target, while also supporting analytics and reporting through Adobe Analytics and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in segmentation, testing, and digital analytics who can translate data insights into actionable strategies for improving customer experience.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Set up and manage personalization campaigns, audience segmentation, and A/B testing in Adobe Target.
Collaborate with web, UX, and content teams to define targeting strategies and implement personalization use cases.
Monitor and analyze performance of personalization initiatives using Adobe Analytics.
Design and maintain dashboards in Power BI to consolidate campaign and web performance insights.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into testing and reporting frameworks.
Support documentation, best practices, and training related to personalization and analytics.
Stay up to date on personalization, testing, and analytics trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web personalization, or analytics.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target (segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing, personalization).
Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, including creating reports and interpreting data.
Experience building dashboards in Power BI or other BI tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for QA/testing purposes.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
Certification in Adobe Target or Adobe Analytics (optional).
Working Hours
Available to work up to 40 hours per week.
Willing to work during European time zone hours, between 9AM - 5PM CET Time.
